How can your website and digital resources support visitors with access needs? Providing the right information online, in advance, can make all the difference to the visitor experience, but operational challenges and limited staff resources can make it seem like a daunting task.

In this webinar we will be joined by Ella McKelvey & Rachel Parle from Oxford University Museum of Natural History to explore their approach to Accessibility webpages and share some of the small, but impactful, changes they made to improve their visitor offer.

This session will explore how you can develop visitor access resources such as -

  • visual stories
  • sensory environment information
  • access maps
