How can you use audio to engage your community? Would you like to share archive collections by making budget-friendly audio trails?

Join Producers Kate Valentine and Alison Ramsey from Digital Drama for a session full of practical advice on how to create entertaining and informative audio trails from your library’s archives. Listen to examples of different styles to find out about the creative options available to you, from dramatised trails featuring multiple voices, to a more stripped back single voice factual approach.

We will cover the practicalities of scripting, audio production and editing, and how to involve your local communities in the process. By the end of the session you will be ready to start making your own audio trail and to share it with listeners. We advise that you wear headphones to get the best out of the audio, that you bring a cup of tea to the webinar and get ready to sit back and enjoy the listening experience

This session is led by award-winning multimedia production company Digital Drama who specialise in providing audiovisual content and media training for the heritage sector.
